The Australian Hotels Association (SA) and Clubs SA contribute $1.5 million and Adelaide Casino $110,000, annually, to the Gamblers Rehabilitation Fund (GRF).

The Australian Hotels Association (SA) and Clubs SA have established approved intervention agencies – Gaming Care for the hotel industry and Club Safe for the club industry.  Gaming Care and Club Safe support the hotel industry and club industry, respectively, and individual gaming venues, their management and staff, to identify problem gamblers and to facilitate early access to gambling support services (early intervention).

Adelaide Casino introduced an early intervention program in 2004, primarily to identify and assist those at risk of harm from gambling. The Host Responsibility Coordinators (HRC's) are on site 24 hours, helping to address problem gambling with at-risk customers and working in close conjunction with the Gambling Help Services. Should gambling become an issue for you, a family member or a friend, contact a HRC within the Casino for assistance and/or referral.
